Biscuits and Gravy with Tempeh Sausage

For the biscuits:
2 cups Unbleached White Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
3/4 cup Earth Balance® Unsweetened Soy Milk
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
6 tbsp. Earth Balance® Buttery Spread, chilled

For the Tempeh Sausage:
1 8oz. package Tempeh, crumbled
1/4 cup Red Onion, diced small
2 cloves Garlic, minced finely
1/4 tsp. Fennel Seeds
2 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
1/4 tsp. Sage Powder
1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp. Mustard Powder
2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Tahini
2 tbsp. Water
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
pinch Black Pepper
1 tsp. White Miso

For the Mushroom Gravy:
1 tbsp. Earth Balance® Buttery Spread
1 clove Garlic, minced finely
1/4 cup Onion, chopped fine
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced thin
3 tbsp. Earth Balance® Buttery Spread
1/2 cup Unbleached White Flour
2 cups Earth Balance® Unsweetened Soy Milk
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
