Black Bean Salad - Annie Gunn's Recipe

Notes: 

This was given to me by the chef at Annie Gunn's with no ingredient measurements.

All veggies are finely minced. Black beans are the focal point of this dish. A good quality canned beans work as well as dried and cooked.

Ingredients: 

Black Beans
Onion
Red & Yellow Pepper
Poblano
Jalapeno
Lime Juice
Honey
Cilantro, finely diced
EVOO
Canola Oil
Southwest Seasoning


  1. Place black beans in a bowl
  2. Finely mince onions, peppers, cilantro
  3. Add to black beans
  4. Add liquid ingredients and season to taste with Southwest seasoning
  5. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving
