This is my signature recipe, passed down to me from Mom. I've been making it since my 11th Thanksgiving. Serves 24, and it is great topped with whipped cream!
Filling: 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened, 1 egg, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 6 oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cake: 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp of soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 TBSP of vinegar, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water
