1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 cup fresh sweet corn kernels or frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
Nonstick cooking spray
2 large green or red tomatoes, sliced
8 slices thick sliced applewood smoked bacon
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 cups fresh mesclun mix
1 recipe Buttermilk Dressing
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered

1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill weed
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
