Ingredients: 

Streusel:
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1/4 cup cold butter.

Blueberry Filling
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Cream Cheese Filling
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten

Crust
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grand Refrigerated Biscuits
1/2 cup sugar
