Blueberry Streusel Scones:
2 cups (260 grams) all-purpose flour

1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated white sugar

2 teaspoons (8 grams) baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

6 tablespoons (85 grams) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces

1 cup (140 grams) fresh blueberries (can also use frozen blueberries but do not thaw)

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup (120 ml) milk or cream

Streusel Topping:

1/4 cup (55 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar

1/4 cup (35 grams) all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons (28 grams) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
