Bread: Sour Cream

Notes: 

Substitutions I have made:
1 egg for water
plain yogurt for sour cream
very ripe banana for sugar
If dough is a little wet/sticky I add potatoe flakes or more flour (about 1 Tbls
If too dry add more water.

2 tablespoons water
1 1⁄2 cups sour cream, room temperature
3 3⁄4 cups flour
1 1⁄2 tablespoons packed brown sugar (any kind)
1 teaspoon salt
2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast
