Breadmaker Pizza dough

300 ml tepid water
2 1/2 tbsps olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsps salt
sprinkle of garlic salt
sprinkle of oregano
sprinkle of mixed herbs
sprinkle of coriander
450g strong bread flour
2 tsps dried breadmaker yeast
1-2 tablespoons extra water just in case dough too dry

Add ingredients to breadmaker pan in order stated above. Set breadmaker to dough setting and start program. Check consistency of dough after a few minutes, if dry looking add extra water a teaspoon at a time until required consistency is met. Makes 2 12-14 inch pizza bases when rolled out. Can be frozen.
