Breads: Ciabatta Bread/

Ingredients: 

3 3/4 C bread flour (500g)
1 T salt (I would put little less than that)
2 tsp dry yeast (rapid rise)
2 C warm water at around 105F (depends if weather is dry or humid, it varies from 450g to 490g of water)
