Brendan Brazier’s Lemon Lime Recovery Drink


Makes: about 3 cups
Preparation Time: 5-10 mins


Juice of 1/2 organic lemon
Juice of 1/4 organic lime
4 Medjool dates, pitted (how-to)
2 tbsp wild-harvested honey (Brendan calls for agave, but I like to use honey. Use what you like.)
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
1 tsp dulse flakes
1 tsp hemp oil (or a blend of 1/2 tsp hemp oil, 1/4 tsp pumpkin seed oil, 1/4 tsp flaxseed oil)
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp virgin, expeller-pressed coconut oil (optional)
1/2 tsp maca powder (optional, for extra adrenal nourishment)
