1 Bottle of Beer, preferably dark
1 Jar of Apricot Preserves, 12.75 oz
2 Tablespoons of Jalapeno Tabasco
1 Large onion, sliced
1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons of Parsley, chopped
