Broccoli and Cauliflower "Coleslaw"

Ingredients: 

For the dressing:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

For the salad:
1 large broccoli crown (about 2 pounds), cut into very small florets
1 large head cauliflower (about 3 pounds), cut into very small florets
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
