This is one of my holiday traditions. My kids will clean out the pan if I let them! My husband always asks me to bake it for his work parties.
2 8-1/2 oz. pkgs. cornbread mix
16-oz. container cream-style cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
