Ingredients: 

1 pound broccoli rabe, washed and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp, extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 tube of prepared polenta, sliced into 1-inch square cubes
3 garlic cubes, thinly sliced
1 shallot, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 lemon, zested
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
