Broccoli supreme


1-10oz frozen chopped broccoli
3-carrots sliced
1-14oz can artichoke (drained and quartered)
3/4 of 10 3/4 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 of mayo
2 eggs-slightly beaten
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine

- cook broccoli in small amount of water. Just enough until tender- drain- set aside
- cook carrots the Sam way
- place artichokes in 9 inch buttered shallow casserole
- combine soup , mayo, eggs, lemon juice and wores. Sauce and mix well
- combine soup mix, broccoli, and carrots. Spread over artichoke
- sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumb
- pour melted butter on top
- bake @ 350 degrees for 25 mins or until bubbly
