Brownie Bark aka Chocolate Cookie Brittle

Ingredients: 

2 large egg whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar plus 1 ½ teaspoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon of Hershey’s Dark cocoa powder
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoons of nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour -- make sure to aerate and stir before measuring.
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips plus a couple of tablespoons extra

Very simple to pull together, doesn't take a lot of effort. Trick I found is after it is done, turn off the oven and leave it in to cool. That will help get the final bit of moisture out of it. Friends at work loved it.
