Ingredients :
1 young chickens ( 1kg ) , cut into 4 pieces
3 tablespoons oil , for numis
2000 ml of water

1 tablespoon salt
3 cm ginger , crushed
¼ grains of nutmeg
3 centimeters cinnamon
2 whole cloves
2 bay leaves

Seasonings soto banjar ( mashed ) :
10 shallots
6 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon pepper granule / powder

100 grams of glass noodles , scalded , drain
3 eggs boiled , split into two parts
potato cakes
the diamond
Soy sauce

for the topping
1 leek , finely sliced
2 stalks celery , finely sliced
Fried onions

How To Make Soto Banjar Boil the chicken in a pan previously covered over low heat, add salt , ginger , bay leaf . Approximately 1 hour or until chicken is tender and cooked , remove and drain subsequently shredded chicken - shredded . Set aside Boil the broth back using a small flame , while it saute ground spices until fragrant and then enter it into the broth , stirring to become a soup broth . Enter nutmeg , cloves and cinnamon , can also use powdered cinnamon ( ½ teaspoon ) Let the broth for ± 15 minutes until the aroma of spices wafted Prepare complementary materials as well as additional shredded chicken , pour the broth add other complementary ingredients and sprinkles ready to be enjoyed
