Burgers - Western Burgers


Mix 1 1/2 lbs ground beef with 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Form into four 3/4 inch thick patties; make an indentation in the center of each. Season the patties with salt. Grill on hot oiled grates over high heat, about 4 mins per side; during the last min of cooking brush with barbecue sauce and top with pickled jalapenos, cooked bacon and jack cheese (cover to melt). Serve on grilled hamburger buns with mayonnaise.
