Buttermilk Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients: 

= BUTTERMILK =
70g butter
30g icing sugar *
1/8 tsp salt
30g whole egg (about half egg)*
1 tbsp cornflour (can add more)
80g skimmed milk powder

= DOUGH =
土豆泥
普通面粉 400克
开水 50克
凉水 30克

盐 5克
调和油
色拉油 40克

Gouda cheese slices


= BUTTERMILK =

1. Cream butter, sugar and salt until creamy.
2. Add in egg in batches mixing well each time.
3. Put in corn flour and skimmed milk powder, mix well with rubber spatula.
4. Add more corn flour if dough is still too soft or watery depending on your egg size.

= DOUGH =

  1. 土豆洗净蒸熟压成泥
  2. 将盐,色拉油和开水倒入面粉中
  3. 搅拌均匀
  4. 将土豆泥放入搅拌均匀的面粉中
  5. 并加入凉水揉成面团
  6. 面团分割成小剂子,包入馅 & cheese
  7. 搓圆压扁, tray 中倒少许调和油, 将饼放入
  8. 小火将饼两面 bake 至金黄即可
