½ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chipotle paste
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped shallot
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon chili powder
