Butternut Squash, Sausage, and Tortelloni Soup

Roast squash, garlic, sausage, and tortelloni come together to make a delicious, satisfying soup.

My changes: Instead of ground sausage, I used 12 oz smoked turkey sausage & 12 oz smoked spicy sausage, halved and diced ½ inch

1 whole Butternut Squash
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 heads Garlic
1 lb. Italian Sausage, Hot Or Mild
1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cheese Tortelloni
1/2 tsp. Dried Basil
1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/8 tsp. Dried Thyme
2 c. Homemade, Or Low-sodium Chicken Broth
3 c. Baby Spinach
1 c. Heavy Cream
Salt And Pepper, to taste
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese For Serving
