Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients: 

Yield: 22 large or 32 small rolls

3 medium or 2 large heads cabbage

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 medium onions, minced

3 cups uncooked long-grain rice

4 pounds lean ground beef

2 pounds mild pork sausage

6 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons ground black pepper

2 tablespoons dried dill

1/2 cup parsley, chopped

3 tablespoons Penzeys Sunny Paris seasoning, optional

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 (16-ounce) carton light sour cream

8 (14.5-ounce) cans sauerkraut or less to taste

1 or 2 bay leaves, optional
