California Breakfast Crock pot

  1. Dice up potatoes (or use frozen hash browns) throw in crock pot
  2. Add mushrooms
  3. Crumbled bacon (or cook bacon and leave crispy on the side)
  4. Fresh or frozen spinach
  5. Tomatoes (optional)
  6. Make a hollandaise sauce and pour over contents give a nice stir
  7. Cook on low overnight
  8. In morning melt some swiss cheese on individual serving and serve with a slice of avocado
