Toffee candy bars (about 12 ounces) such as MacIntosh
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces
2 Tbsp corn syrup
2 Tbsp water
1 ½ cup chocolate chips
