Ingredients: 

For the Dough:
2 1/2 cups (11.25 ounces) unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cold
8 ounces cream cheese, cold
For the Filling:
1 cup (7 ounces) sugar
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
2 pinches of salt
