Cashew Sour Cream

Ingredients: 

1 cup cashews, soaked overnight and drained
1/2 cup silken tofu
2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice + a pinch of grated zest
3/4 tsp salt
1-2 tsp agave or maple syrup
1 Tbsp walnut oil (or another oil)
1/2 cup water (add 1 Tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached)
a few dashes spices (garlic powder, pepper, chipotle, chili salt)
2 Tbsp soy creamer, plain flavor (optional - adds creamy richness)
