1 head cauliflower, greens removed
2 cloves garlic
1 can great northern beans (or your favorite white bean), drained and rinsed
1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
2-3 tablespoons butter (Earth Balance soy free)
sea salt and pepper

optional add: cheddar
