1 large cauliflower (about 700 g), cut in small pieces
2 dl small oatmeal
2 heaped teaspoon vegan bouillon powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger powder
about 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg (use whole nutmeg and tear on the grater, I used about 1/5 nut)
