Chai Chia Pudding

Ingredients: 

6 tbsp (90g) chia seeds
2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardmom
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Optional: If you like things sweet, add maple syrup to taste (or sweetener of choice)


In a food processor, add your chia seeds and pulse for about a minute to break up some of the seeds. 

Add in all of your other ingredients, mixing until your pudding starts to thicken (about 2 minutes).  Pour into a container, seal and chill in the fridge (or eat straight away!) Can you get any simpler than that?!?!
