2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tbsp rose wine
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp honey
4 tbsp raw sugar (may increase to 5 tbsp for cane sugar)
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic powder
1. Mix the sauce ingredients together. Marinade pork overnight or at least 2 hours.
2. Heat Happycall Pan (HCP) for 1 min. Put pork in and close for 5 min. After 5 min, turn pork and close for another 5 min.
3. Remove when cooked and slice.
4. Put remaining marinade into pan and stir till warm and well mixed. Voila, sauce on the side for the char siew pork.
