3/4 c mayo
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 clove garlic minced
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese finely grated
Strawberry preserves
Toast pecans
Stir tog mayo and next 2 ing
Stir in cheese and pecans
Spoon mix into plastic lined mold
Cover and chill 2 hours
Unmold onto serving platter
Fill with preserves
Serve w crackers
