Cheese Stuffed Chicken in White Wine Sauce

4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbs olive oil
½ cup flour
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Cheese Filling:
¼ cup shredded sharp provolone or asiago
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbs grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
½ cup sour cream
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup breadcrumbs
2 tbs finely diced sun dried tomatoes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Wine Sauce:
1 cup dry white wine
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ cup thinly sliced onion
½ cup thinly sliced mushrooms
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
