Cheezy Pea Pasta

Makes 5 cups

Ingredients: 

1 box of kid-sized pasta – 8 ounces dry
*I used a gluten free corn based tube pasta, you can use anything small
splash of EVOO
2 Tbsp vegan butter OR 2 Tbsp EVOO + 1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp garlic paste
1/2 – 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
2 Tbsp 21-seasoning blend (like Mrs Dash, salt-free)
salt/pepper to taste
optional: 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar for a bright accent
