Chermoula - Moroccan Dip Recipe

Ingredients: 

2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp finely chopped root ginger
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
juice and finely grated zest of 2 lemons
1 cup bio yoghurt (goats milk)
1/4 cup runny honey
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 tbsp chopped preserved lemons


  1. Melt the butter and oil in a pan
  2. Add all the ingredients and cook for a minute
  3. Season to taste
  4. Either serve as a warm dip or use to sauté your chosen meat, vegetables or seafood.
