Chese naan baked on a frying pan

Notes: 

I translated the recipe from Japanese to English for a friend of mine.

Ingredients: 

150g bread flour
50g plain flour
10g butter or margarine
120ml milk
6g (2 tsp) dried yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
shredded cheddar (or other "melting" cheese), for the filling


  1. Microwave the milk and butter in a bowl for 30 seconds with 600W.
  2. Stir well to make sure the butter has molten completely.
  3. Wait until it cools down to body temperature. Add the dried yeast and stir/whisk the mixture with chopsticks. Add salt, sugar, and half of the flour and stir. Add the rest of the flour and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Put a shrink film over the bowl and microwave it for 50 seconds with 200W.
  5. Sprinkle flour on a cutting board. Separate the dough into four and put them on the board. Put a wet tea towel over the doughs and rest them for 15 minutes.
  6. Spread the dough into an oval shape.
  7. Put the cheese on the latter half of the dough. Fold the doughs in two, making the half-circle shape. Close the openings by pinching the rims.
  8. Bake them on a frying pan with low heat, both sides.
