Chicken and Prawn Dumplings – poached


20 Dumplings (enough for at least 4 people)

20 square dumpling/wonton wrappers (Asian markets, frozen)
150 grams chicken breast, cubed
150 grams raw tiger prawns, roughly chopped
4 spring onions, roughly chopped
1 tbs minced ginger
4-5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs light soy sauce
1 tps sugar
1 tbs rice wine
Chili powder to taste (optional)
