Chicken and Rice Soup for Healthy Teeth and Bones

Notes: 

A hearty Oriental soup with lots of veggies. Gluten and dairy free and made the old fashioned way with bone broth, to increase minerals, glucosamine, collagen, and gelatin. This is a must for people with bone density or dental problems. Consume and take your cod liver oil and vitamin D3 after for maximum benefit.

Ingredients: 

Broth:
2 lb chicken bones, preferably with feet, rinsed and cut up
juice of 1 lemon
2 T Bragg's liquid aminos
bouquet garnis (tie cheesecloth around these items so you can remove easily later)
1 teaspoon fresh whole peppercorn
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
2 green cardamom pods

Soup:
1 cup carrots, cut up into thin horizontal coins
1 cup sweet peas, whole
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 cup baby spinach, diced
1 cup bok choy, diced
1/2 cup celery, sliced medium
4 chicken thighs, skin and bone removed and put into broth, meat diced
1 box Campbell's gluten free chicken broth
1 1/2 cups cooked rice (brown, white, or red) or cooked rice noodles, rinsed in cold water (avoid these ingredients if on paleo/ primal/ keto diet plan)
2 eggs, free range, antibiotic and hormone free
chopped green onion and cilantro to garnish
