Chicken n Dumpling Stew

Ingredients: 

The Chicken Stew:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2-1/2 to 3 pounds skinned chicken cut into pieces. (use breasts, thighs or both)
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 celery ribs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3 medium carrots, sliced into about 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 to 12 cups chicken broth (You can use tetra packs,canned or cubes
The Dumplings
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten

The Gravy
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup water
