Ingredients: 

Chicken Piccata

2 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise, to form 4 thin cutlets
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
4 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup chicken stock
Garlic powder, to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
8 ounces pasta
2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
