Chicken in wine

Pound or slice chicken to thickness of your choice
Cut up red, green peppers, onions, broccoli julienne style.
Heat one tbls each of butter and olive oil. While heating, season chicken with seasoning of your choice. Fry chicken in the pan on each side. Throw vegetables in pan right away or later depending on how soft you want and sauté. When done remove chicken and vegetables from pan with a big spoon and place on plate. Do not pour out of pan. Then pour 1/4 c white wine in pan an heat with the juices from pan. Then throw sautéed wine over chicken and veggies.
Tip: you can season chicken with steak seasoning. If the smell of seasoning smells good to you, then food will taste good to you.

3 1bs ground beef
2 large cans whole tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can corn (not cream style)
1 red pepper
1 onion
1 garlic
3 tbs chili powder
2 tbs cumin powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tbs red pepper flakes
2 tsp salt
Corn chips
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Macaroni noodles
