Chile Corn Fritters

1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs' worth of egg replacer
1/2 cup dairy-free milk
2 cups fresh corn kernels, cut from the cob (~2 ears)
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup green onions, sliced on the bias
3 Hatch chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded & chopped
1/4 cup cilantro and flat-leaf parsley, chopped
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
