Chilled Tofu with Scallions and Soy Sauce

Ingredients: 

14oz block of soft or medium tofu (don't use firm tofu here)
2 scallions, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp sriracha
