Chilli Paneer

Ingredients: 

- 50 gms Cornflour (about 7 tbsp)
- 50 gms Maida (about 5 tbsp)
- 200 gms Paneer
- 4 capsicum
- 4-5 green chillied
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp soya sauce


  1. Make a paste from the 50 gms cornflour, 50 gms maida, and 50 gms water.
  2. Cut Paneer into long slices, dip in above paste and deep fry till golden brown.
  3. In a pan, saute thinly sliced capsicum with sliced green chillies and garlic paste in oil.
  4. When capsicum is cooked, add 0.5 cup water, 1 tbsp chillli sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce. Mix well.
  5. Add the fried paneer and coat well with the above sauces.

Garnish with spring onions and serve with roti or as a side dish.

Add a hint of vinegar to it also.
