Take out your blender and add a big handful of Italian parsley, a small handful of cilantro, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, a couple of peeled garlic cloves, 1/2 cup olive oil, salt, pepper, and if you're looking for a little extra kick, a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes. Mix it together until smooth. Serve alongside ... pretty much anything.
