Chinese Steamed Buns

Ingredients: 

10 g active dry yeast
4 g white sugar
30 g all-purpose flour
60 ml water
120 ml warm water
190 g all-purpose flour
2 g salt
25 g white sugar
15 ml vegetable oil
2 g baking powder

FILLINGS:
You can use whatever fillings you wish. Good fillings are duck in hoisin with spring onion, marinated chicken, red bean paste, beef with chilli or soy. Try lots of things!
