CHINESE STYLE ROAST PORK

1/2 pork fillet, trimmed of fat and sinew
Marinade
2 tbs sweet chili sauce
1 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs honey
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs rice wine
1 tps cracked black pepper
1 tps garlic powder
