1 glass of morello cherries, (approx. 180 g drained weight)
120 g dark chocolate couverture
100 g butter
50 g flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
3 eggs, (class M, separated)
80 g of sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
