Chocolate Chips and Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients: 

2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Quaker Oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup melted butter
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup White Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
1 egg
1 egg yolk

2 cups Chocolate Chips


1. Stir together flour, Quaker Oatmeal, baking soda and salt.

2. Separately, beat the butter until creamy, then add the sugars and vanilla and then stir them in until combined.

3. Add the egg and egg yolk at a time, mix well.

4. Stir in the flour mixture until all has been incorporated.

5. Stir in the chocolate chips and distribute evenly.

6. Form the dough into a log, wrap it and chill for at least 30 minutes.

7. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees for 10 minutes

8. Using a roller, roll it to 1/8 thick and the mold the dough into thin rounds like cookies and place it on the baking sheets and then bake it for 8 minutes.

9. Let it cool down and then serve.

Serving size: 36 pcs regular size cookies
