1 cup (250 ml) whole milk
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon corn starch
2 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup (250 ml) evaporated milk (unsweetened condensed milk)
1/2 cup (100 grams) sugar
2 Tablespoons light corn syrup
1/3 cup (35 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder, natural or Dutch-process
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
