1 cup cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
4 cups sliced Brussels sprouts (for me it was about 20)
½ cup walnuts
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
juice of 1 orange
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
